Royal Leaf Return Policy

Royal Leaf wants to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase.  We examine all requests on a case-by-case basis, which are subject for approval by our returns department.  Our return policy applies to both one-time and subscription orders.

Damage Secondary to Shipping

We kindly ask that upon delivery, you inspect the contents of your order carefully.   If damage should occur to your order during shipping, or there are any other concerns regarding your received order, please contact customer service as soon as possible at info@theroyalleaf.com.  Once our returns department reviews your claim, we will work to replace or refund your order, if approved, as quickly as possible.  We may require additional information, including descriptions and photographs to process your request.

All Other Returns/Exchanges

For any unopened or unused item, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receipt.  For used or opened products, we ask that you contact our customer service department within 10 days of receipt.  Once our returns department has reviewed and approved your request, a full refund will be credited to your account, minus shipping and handling.
